Vetiver Essential Oil

Vetiver is grown in the mountains of Haiti. It has a rich, exotic, complex aroma that is used extensively in perfumes. I thas a very distinct earthy smell. It is very effective in calming the nervous system. If you need to calm your mind or relax after a stressful day.

How Should You Use It?

  • Use 3-4 drops in the diffuser of your choice.

  • Apply 1-2 drops on your pillow or clothing that you sleep in before bed.

  • Apply 1 drop behind ears or under nose.

Serenity Restful Blend

Serenity is a peaceful blend of essential oils that supports restful sleep. It soothes away the cares of the day so that you and your family can enjoy a peaceful night’s rest. Serenity is a blend of Lavender, Ho Wood, Ylang Ylang, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile, Vetiver, Vanilla, Hawaiian Sandalwood.

How Should You Use It?

  • Add 3-4 drops in a diffuser

  • Apply 1-2 drops applied to the back of the neck or rubbed in your hands and inhaled.

  • Add a few drops to epsom salt and put in a warm bath.

Copaiba Softgels

It's main chemical component is beta-caryophyllene (BCP), a chemical similar to cannabinoids found in cannabis that may protect nerve cells and have benefits for the cardiovascular and immune systems.

How Should You Use It?

  • Take 1-2 softgels throughout the day as needed

  • Take 1 softgel with 1 Serenity softgel 30 minutes before bed.

BCP is similar to CBD which also interacts with the CB2 receptors, but it is more concentrated. CBD derived from hemp has a 2-4% concentration. CBD derived from cannabis/marijuana has a 5-35% concentration. doTERRA's BCP has a 60% concentration.
